T-Shirt & Ordering Info

Don't have a credit card? Don't like using a credit card online? We are now accepting check. (Download order form PDF here, or a printable GIF here). Please note there is additional wait time added to the order for the check to clear. If your check does not clear, there is a $30.00 bounced check fee.

Paypal handles all of our online payments & accept payment via Paypal account, credit card & bank accounts via e-check. You can open a new Paypal account here.

Shipping & handling in the U.S. & Canada is $3.85 per t-shirt. We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shirt orders & First-Class Mail for all other orders.

Customer Service

Shirts typically ship within 2-3 weeks via U.S. Postal Service, depending on what we have in stock. We make every attempt to get your order to you faster than that, but occasionally we are reprinting one or more designs.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail & Global First Class Mail from Virginia, USA. Shipping within the U.S.A. typically takes 2-4 days.

While we cannot control what happens after we mail your order, we are happy to tell you what we know and make every effort to help find it. If an order seems to have legitimately been lost in the mail, we can usually replace it.

T-shirt Quality & Sizing Info

Curious about the quality and sizing of shirts we use? Most are printed on 100% cotton Hanes Beefy-T shirts. Baby Doll shirts are Bella brand short sleeve crew neck shirts. (links are to manufacturers official sizing information).

We are kicking around the idea of using American Apparel shirts. Shoot matt an email and let him know what you think.

Returns

Make sure you email matt before you return anything. We need to know what to do with your package when it arrives. You will need to email matt to to obtain the mailing address.

Did you change your mind on your order?

If you changed your mind after receiving your order (it was too big or too small, would rather have a different design), you can mail to us for the exchange. You will need to email matt to to obtain the mailing address. You'll pay for the return shipping yourself. We will send you out a new shirt to fit your needs once the original shirt is returned. Please email us first, as this costs us a few extra dollars to do a second mailing for one order.

Did you receive the wrong items?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong shirt, by all means, let us know. We hope it dosen't happen, but if it does, we want to know about it! First, email matt and let us know what you received, and what you actually ordered. We'll mail you the correct shirt right away. Please mail the incorrect shirt back to us and we will refund the postage to you. We recommend returning shirts via First Class Mail.
